Job Title: Digital Content Strategist

We are seeking a creative and driven professional to join our team as a Digital Content Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  2. Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  3. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  4. Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
  7. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities to foster positive relationships.
  8. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
