Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Manager

 

Job Description:
  • Overview of the Role: As a QA Automation Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing test automation frameworks to enable development teams to write tests. You will also define and implement QA processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Main Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of this role include building test automation frameworks, defining and implementing QA processes, integrating DevOps practices into the QA process, developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts, developing and maintaining playwright and selenium automation scripts, collaborating with stakeholders, SA/BA, and DEV teams to understand requirements, performing various testing types (Acceptance, API, Functional, Regression, end-to-end), logging defects and providing clear communication on test results and status, providing UAT and PROD support, working with global team members, managing and mentoring a team of QA engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Key Requirements: A bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or a related field, along with 3+ years of software applications engineering, software development experience, or related work experience, is mandatory. Alternatively, a master's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or a related field, along with 2+ years of software applications engineering, software development experience, or related work experience, is required. Additionally, a PhD in engineering, information systems, computer science, or a related field, along with 1+ year of software applications engineering, software development experience, or related work experience, can also qualify an individual for this role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc., and debugging techniques is essential for this position.
