We are seeking a Content Visionary to lead the strategic vision and execution of content across social platforms. This role involves defining the 'why' and 'what,' while leveraging AI tools to innovate video production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute impactful content that elevates clients' digital presence.
  • Define and maintain a distinct tone with an innate pulse on U.S. and international trends.
  • Drive cultural commentary and agency storytelling that positions us as industry leaders.
  • Spearhead the use of generative video tools to streamline workflows and pioneer new formats.
  • Partner with strategy, creative, and leadership teams to align content with business goals.
  • Guide editors, clients, and creators in a deadline-driven environment, balancing innovation with scalability.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in a content, agency, or marketing company.
  • Strong background managing remote teams and creative workstreams.
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
  • Comfortable being the face of the company with clients.
  • Wants to commit full-time to one company and grow into a leadership role.
  • Strong written and spoken English with a native US tone.
