As a seasoned Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through strategic platforms. Your expertise in identifying and bidding on relevant projects will drive growth and revenue for our organization.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Bidding & Business Development: Identify and bid on relevant projects to develop customized strategies that drive results.
- Proposal Writing: Craft tailored proposals that highlight our strengths and past successes to maximize project conversions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with potential and existing clients by responding promptly to queries and negotiating project terms.
- Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback that enhances service offerings and bidding strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze bid success rates and client acquisition metrics to prepare performance reports that measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2–3 years in business development or a similar role with a proven track record of success.
- Skills:
- Excellent English communication (both written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, Software Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing).
- Proficiency in crafting compelling proposals and negotiating effectively.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
