Senior Software Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using Go (Golang).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable backend systems using Go.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and design patterns.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring robustness.
  • Write clean, maintainable code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Lead the design and implementation of microservices and RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on Go (Golang).
  • Strong understanding of Go's concurrency model and experience with multithreading and parallel processing.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs, with a deep understanding of HTTP protocols.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and related services for scalable infrastructure.

Technical Skills:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Go, with a deep understanding of its standard library, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong experience with Go's concurrency model, including goroutines, channels, and context management.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain microservices architectures.
  • Expertise in building RESTful APIs, with a solid understanding of HTTP protocols.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying and managing scalable applications.
  • Proficiency in containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, with experience in schema design and query optimization.
  • Skills in profiling, debugging, and optimizing Go applications for performance and scalability.
