PhD Research Position in Pharmaceutics

This is an exciting opportunity for a PhD student to join our research team at the Department of Pharmaceutics. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to contribute to our ongoing project focused on developing novel poly(amidoamine)-lactide-co-glycolide scaffolds for cell-specific chemotherapy.

About the Project

The selected candidate will be working on the development of biodegradable scaffolds for targeted drug delivery. The project aims to evaluate the efficacy of these scaffolds in-vitro and in-vivo using various techniques such as nanoparticle synthesis, characterization, and biological activity evaluation.

Responsibilities
  • Design, synthesize, and characterize nanoparticles for targeted drug delivery
  • Evaluate the biological activity of nanoparticles using in-vitro and in-vivo models
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on the findings
Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you should have a strong background in pharmacology, nanotechnology, or a related field. A master's degree in a relevant field is required, but a PhD is preferred. You should also have experience with laboratory equipment and software, including particle size analyzers, transmission electron microscopes, and spectrophotometers.
