**Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal use of our assets and minimizing maintenance costs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, with at least 10 years of experience in asset management. They will also be proficient in using CMMS software and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Analyze and manage asset data to inform maintenance decisions.
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to minimize maintenance costs.
  • Lead a team of maintenance engineers to ensure effective coordination between departments.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to optimize resource utilization.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. At least 10 years of experience in asset management, preferably in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
