Job Title: IT Operations Director

Job Description:

This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking and technical expertise to oversee the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and enterprise data networks. The successful candidate will ensure that all systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

  • Lead the design and deployment of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise data networks to meet current and future requirements.
  • Manage daily operations, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and data networks.
  • Oversee capacity planning and operations of the private cloud environment, ensuring efficient resource allocation and proactive scaling to meet organizational demands.
  • Manage capital and operational expenditures for IT infrastructure, cloud services, and data networks, ensuring cost-effective solutions and alignment with budgetary guidelines.
  • Provide technical support across the IT infrastructure, including network, storage, and system patch management, ensuring that all systems are secure, updated, and performing optimally.
  • Conduct regular assessments of the current network infrastructure and recommend enhancements and upgrades to improve performance, security, and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with all software and operating system licenses, monitoring usage and managing renewals to prevent violations.
  • Effectively manage and allocate IT resources, including personnel, hardware, and software, to meet operational requirements and optimize resource utilization.
