**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Consultant.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling properties to potential clients through outbound calls, leveraging their strong communication and negotiation skills to build long-lasting client relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and Sell Properties: Conduct outbound calls to potential real estate leads to promote and sell properties.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive lead generation and follow-up.
- Customer Service: Provide information to clients about available properties, prices, terms of sales, and assist in scheduling property viewings.
- Needs Assessment: Listen to clients' needs, answer inquiries, and provide relevant information to help them make informed decisions.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to coordinate property showings and facilitate the sales process.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Closing Deals: Effectively communicate with clients, addressing concerns and objections, and closing sales.
- Client Experience: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. Additional real estate education or certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate telesales or a similar role is required.
- Sales Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach are necessary.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations is required.
- CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to maintain accurate records is a must.
- Results-Driven: Results-driven with a passion for sales and building client relationships is key to success.
- Phone Etiquette: Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone is crucial.
- Independence: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently is essential.
- Multitasking: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
