As a trainee, you will gain valuable experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations—a global leader in ERP solutions—and be guided by experienced mentors.

You will participate in a variety of tasks, including requirement gathering and process documentation, ERP configuration, testing, and deployment activities, business process documentation, user guides, and training manuals, solution workshops and end-user training sessions, and cross-functional team collaboration and client management.

Our Learning Tracks program provides a structured learning and development plan tailored to your role in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-industry clients, including Retail, Manufacturing, and Public Sector.

What You'll Learn:

  • ERP configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Business process documentation, user guides, and training manuals.
  • Solution workshops and end-user training sessions.
  • Cross-functional team collaboration and client management.

Requirements:

  • Final semester students or recent graduates in any of the following:
    • BS Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT
    • BBA / MBA (Finance, Supply Chain, MIS)
  • ACCA, CA, or other finance/accounting certifications
  • Experience:
    No formal experience required. Relevant coursework, internships, or academic projects will be a plus.
  • Key Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
    • Solid analytical and critical thinking abilities.
    • Passion for business process optimization or enterprise technology.
    • Willingness to learn ERP systems and industry best practices.
    • Ability to work in teams, manage time effectively, and deliver quality outcomes.
