We are seeking a skilled Sales Research Analyst to support strategic business and sales decisions through in-depth market research, lead generation, and actionable insights. This role requires a unique blend of market expertise, sales strategy support, and analytical skills to drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on industry trends, market conditions, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Develop targeted lead lists by identifying, segmenting, and profiling potential clients and target markets.
  • SUPPORT THE SALES TEAM BY PROVIDING ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS AND DATA-DRIVEN RECOMMENDATIONS.
  • Initiate cold calls and email outreach to prospects to gauge interest and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and prospect data, activity tracking, and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role involving market research, lead generation, cold outreach, or sales support.
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads using both inbound and outbound methods.
  • Experience making cold calls and initiating outreach to potential clients with professionalism and persistence.
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
