Application Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and solution design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development - Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Delivery and Testing - Deliver code and configuration updates in line with design specifications and customer-defined tools and processes.
  • Quality Assurance - Perform Unit Testing, Component Integration Testing (CIT), and Happy Scenario Testing with documented proof to ensure the quality of delivered products.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer - Create, maintain, and update project documentation and system-specific service documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and technical understanding.
  • Release Management - Prepare release notes, installation guides, operation procedures, release build & packaging, and operational handover documentation to support smooth application delivery and handover.
  • Project Updates and Status - Generate regular and on-demand project updates, delivery reports, and status of points planned/consumed/available to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Solution Validation and Training - Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoC), solution capability checks, and validations when required to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Knowledge Transfer and Training - Deliver training and knowledge transfer (KT) restricted to project/enhancement functional scope and new/updated functionalities to enable continuous learning and skill enhancement.
  • Collaboration and Automation - Work with tools and frameworks used by the customer (e.g., JIRA, Bitbucket, and other customer-specified tools) to streamline collaboration and task management.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field to establish a strong foundation in programming principles and software engineering.
  • Experience - 7+ years of proven experience in software development and solution design to demonstrate expertise and industry relevance.
  • Technical Skills - Strong expertise in Java and .NET application development to ensure compatibility and scalability.
  • Testing and CI/CD - Hands-on experience with Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and CI/CD pipelines to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of developed applications.
  • Tools and Frameworks - Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, Git, and DevOps frameworks to foster collaboration and automation.
  • Communication and Documentation - Excellent communication and documentation skills to convey complex ideas and create engaging content.
