Key Responsibilities- Anticipate future staffing needs and develop strategic plans to address them.
- Develop and implement employment policies and procedures to support business objectives.
- Plan and execute performance management systems, define key result areas, and balance scorecards for employees.
- Design and deliver HR policies aligned with industry best practices and coordinate their implementation through the Human Resources team.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers on HR activities, including job descriptions, policies, and procedures.
- Protect the interests of employees and the organization in accordance with HR policies and governmental laws and regulations.
