Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies focused on TikTok to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful influencer partnerships and campaigns, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Additionally, the ability to analyze data and solve problems creatively is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement influencer marketing strategies to drive sales through TikTok.
  • Identify and partner with TikTok influencers who match our target audience.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including content creation and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer campaigns align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future initiatives.
  • Manage campaign resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate product distribution to influencers, ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok's platform and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
