Training and Development Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive our training initiatives forward and contribute to the success of our organization.

The Head of Training and Development plays a crucial role in improving employee productivity by effectively developing, coordinating, and presenting training programs for all employees.

This involves assessing property-wide developmental needs, identifying suitable training solutions, and implementing effective methods to educate and enhance performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of completed training programs, modifying them as needed, and developing engaging training materials using various media formats.
  • Develop trainer development programs, coach colleagues involved in training efforts, and provide opportunities for growth and development.
  • Maintain open communication channels through various platforms to keep employees informed about important information and events.
  • Plan, organize, facilitate, and source supplies for employee events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Monitor departmental spending and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation.
  • Embody the desired culture and philosophies of our organization, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with management and human resources staff to achieve common goals.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Training and Organizational Development.
  • A Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable institution.
  • The ability to identify and address organizational training needs, driving employee growth and development.
  • Prior experience in a Financial Institution or Bank is highly valued.
