Strategic Relationship Builder

The Strategic Relationship Builder will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring timely communication and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Engagement: Regularly engage with customers to address their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Payment Coordination: Ensure smooth payment transactions with customers, verifying details and facilitating resolution of any discrepancies.
  3. Supplier Management: Maintain open communication with suppliers to guarantee on-time deliveries and production schedules are met.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, analyzing data to optimize business strategies and stay competitive.
  5. Export Documentation: Prepare and process export documents accurately, collaborating closely with international customers to meet their requirements.
  6. Additional Tasks: Perform other daily tasks assigned by the Department Head as needed.
