Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our packing operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing packing processes, implementing process improvements, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Packing Operations Management: Supervise daily packing activities, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Process Optimization: Implement strategies to improve packing speed, accuracy, and material utilization.
- Inventory & Material Management: Monitor packing materials, minimize wastage, and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely replenishment.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a packing or production role within FMCG, preferably in snack manufacturing.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience in operating and troubleshooting packing machines (VFFS, flow wrap, and automated systems).
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong coordination with cross-functional teams.
