Job Description

Maintain manual receiving of all materials.

  • Posting of all received stock of materials as per manual receiving documents.
  • Maintain receiving registers of goods, i.e., boxes, electrical accessories, stationery items, and packing material.
  • Issue materials to parties.
  • Maintain dispatch registers of goods, i.e., boxes, electrical accessories, stationery items, and packing material, as well as shopping bags.
  • Maintain a daily record of stationery in an Excel format.
  • Fulfill demands from the factory and warehouse according to their requirements.
  • Generate monthly demand for Factory & Head Office, including boxes, electrical accessories, stationery items, and packing material.
  • Maintain a daily report on stationery status.
  • Issue gate passes for all outdoor goods.
  • Dispatch post mail and parcels to vendors through DCS or Agility.
  • Maintain daily records of dispatch and receipt of parcels and post mail.
Job Specification
  1. Monthly physical audit.
  2. Manage receipt and dispatch of materials, maintaining accurate records.
  3. Prepare a report on material dispatch and receipt.
  4. Keep a record of receiving and dispatch of electrical accessories, including cables, energy savers, halogens, connectors, holders, and emergency lights.
