Scrum Master Role

As a seasoned Agile professional, you will be leading and guiding our cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.

  • You will serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Scrum events like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with team members, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure they understand Agile principles, values, and practices.
  • Act as a catalyst for growth, helping the team stay focused, productive, and self-organized.
  • Identify and eliminate obstacles hindering team progress and delivery.
  • Maintain a distraction-free environment during sprints.
  • Enhance communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Support the product owner in backlog grooming, prioritization, and maintaining a clear product backlog.
  • Monitor key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team performance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar Agile certification required.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development life cycles.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
