
Sales Performance Specialist

As a Sales Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day plans linked with monthly targets. Your primary objective is to ensure company products are available in each shop within your territory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Timely Attendance and Execution: You must attend work between 09:00 am and 05:00 pm to execute daily tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Daily Meetings and Progress Updates: Attend morning and evening meetings at the workplace to stay updated on plans and progress.
- Sales Strategy Planning: Collaborate with the line manager to finalize the best sales strategy for the month.
- Daily Plan Sharing and Feedback: Communicate the daily plan with the line manager to ensure understanding and timely execution.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain follow-up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders from customers.
- Data Accuracy and Reporting: Keep accurate records and visit reports while performing daily tasks.
- Customer Engagement and Relationships: Foster strong business relationships with existing customers and leverage personal connections to attract new customers.
- Shop Visits and Product Availability: Visit at least 50 shops daily and ensure orders from at least 25 shops, maintaining proper display and sale at each location on a regular basis.
- Performance Target Achievement: Achieve monthly targets for individual incentives and company goals.
About the Role:
This role involves visiting shops as per criteria/targets to ensure company products are available in each shop within your territory. You will be responsible for managing data, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets.
