Field Sales Representative
About This RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to identify potential customers, generate sales leads, and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential customers through various sources, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Client Visits: Travel within the assigned territory to meet with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable products/services.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations to demonstrate the value and benefits of our products/services.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to the sales manager.
- Experience: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
