**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. They will also possess basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, and be proficient in multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors, providing information and guidance as needed.
  • Maintaining the reception area, including newspapers and subscriptions.
  • Ensuring the reception is covered during working hours.
  • Providing administrative support as directed by the line manager.
  • Maintaining security and safety standards, assisting with visitor passes and logbook recordings.
  • Administering the conference room and workroom booking system.


**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
