The role of an E-commerce Professional at our organization involves developing and managing our direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce platforms.

This position requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in Shopify, digital marketing, and e-commerce infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling major brands and implementing systems that support rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee theme updates, product launches, page buildouts, and site customizations to optimize the shopping experience in a regulated industry.
  • B2B Storefront Development: Build and optimize the B2B e-commerce experience to support business clients, enhancing their online shopping journey.
  • Backend System Optimization: Develop and manage Shopify flows, automations, and apps to enhance platform efficiency, improving overall performance.
  • Digital Marketing Integration: Manage online marketing initiatives, including reviews, referrals, affiliate programs, SEO, and more, to increase brand visibility.
  • Custom Development Projects: Oversee private app development and platform integrations as needed, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track performance, provide insights, and drive data-informed decisions, enabling informed business strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Extensive expertise in Shopify, including end-to-end store builds and platform management.
  • Experience working with Shopify apps to enhance site functionality.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo for email marketing and automation.
  • Strong understanding of analytics software and data analysis.
  • Excel/data analysis skills for reporting and performance tracking.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background in web development or data science.
  • Experience managing blended D2C and B2B Shopify stores for high-growth brands.
