Job Title: User Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences that meet the needs of our users.

  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web applications that are visually engaging and user-friendly.
  • Ensure all designs align with our brand identity and usability standards.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and iterate on design concepts.
  • Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to uncover user pain points and preferences.
  • Use research insights to optimize and refine user experiences across platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all products and reusable design components.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of interaction design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Skilled in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
