Medical Health Specialist

The Medical Officer will provide medical expertise and treatment to employees, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. This role involves providing primary medical care, conducting workplace risk assessments, and responding to medical emergencies.
Main Responsibilities:- Medical Consultations: Provide diagnosis, first aid treatment, and referrals for on-job employees.
- Occupational Health: Conduct risk assessments, monitor employee health, and implement measures to prevent work-related illnesses.
- Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies, provide first aid, and coordinate evacuations if necessary.
- Medical Administration: Maintain accurate medical records, manage approved medical supplies, and staff training/development.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local health regulations, company policies, and international medical standards.
- Mandatory requirements:
- MBBS (FCPS)/MD or equivalent medical degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health, general practice, or a related field.
- Certifications: Valid medical license, BLS/ACLS certification (or equivalent).
- Required skills and qualifications:
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
