About the Role:

  • We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining records and facilitating communication across departments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for visitors, students, and staff.
  • Coordinate training schedules, instructor availability, and class logistics.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and internal correspondence.
  • Handle procurement and inventory of office and training supplies.
  • Support enrollment and admissions processes.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and manage calendars.
  • E nsure the smooth execution of administrative procedures and policies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in an educational or training institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Professional conduct and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
