Interior Designer/Home Decorator Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop design briefs and respond to RFIs from clients.
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with environmental and legal requirements.
  • Produce and analyze BOQs, specifications, material selections, and detailed design solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD R13-2014, Rev-it Architecture 8-2014, SketchUp 8, Basic Studio Max, Basic Photoshop, Microsoft Office, MS Project management/coordination, Photography, Quantity Estimation, Freehand Sketch Presentation, Mood Board Preparation, and Mock-up Samples.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
