Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to assume the role of Management Trainee. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the HR team in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate interviews.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation is a key aspect of this position.

The individual will coordinate and facilitate training and development programs, respond to inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, and participate in performance management and appraisal processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required for this role.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
