Financial Leadership Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced financial leader to head equity fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of securing funding for software companies, with expertise in equity financing and experience in preparing compelling fundraising documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the company's goals and portfolio.
  • Prepare detailed financial models, projections, and valuation analyses.
  • Create and refine investor-facing materials, including pitch decks, executive summaries, and due diligence documents.
  • Identify, target, and engage with potential investors, including venture capital firms, angel investors, and private equity groups.
  • Lead and manage the fundraising process, from initial outreach to closing the deal.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with potential investors, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and trends.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the executive team.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • A proven track record of successfully securing equity funding for software companies. Please provide specific examples and results.
  • Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
