
Revenue Development Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to contribute to our sales team's success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, sales, or a related field, and demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach activities to drive business growth.
- Clients Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Proposal and Presentation: Prepare and present effective business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts and agreements to close business deals successfully.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance service offerings.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue in the CRM system.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on business development progress and opportunities.
Requirements:
We require:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organizational and time management skills.
