Job Description

We are seeking an Educational Director who will play a key role in shaping the academic vision and strategy of our school.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive school improvement plan based on needs analysis.
  • Maintain high standards of evidence-based learning and teaching by monitoring school progress across key performance indicators.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-notch teachers who share our vision and values.
  • Foster a culture of mutual respect, collaboration, and continuous learning among students, staff, and parents.
Administrative Responsibilities

In addition to academic leadership, our Educational Director will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including:

  • Coordinating with regional and area HR teams for staff hiring, retention, and performance management.
  • Maintaining school discipline and encouraging positive character building among students and staff.
  • Supervising admin assistants in accounts and other matters.
  • Ensuring accurate management, documentation, and timely submission of reports and other documents.
Requirements

To succeed as our Educational Director, you must possess:

  • A strong background in education, preferably at the secondary or higher level.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation.
  • Passion for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
