Job Description:

This role is pivotal in ensuring a secure workplace for all staff and mitigating security risks within local operations. The Corporate Security Manager will empower the Nestlé Leadership team to deliver robust security services, seamlessly coordinating with zone security teams to align strategy and execution for optimal security operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site security assessments and produce reports on each visit, recommending changes to security provisions based on risk and threat assessments.
  • Introduce and maintain security best practices throughout the market, prioritizing the protection of employees, customers, Nestlé's reputation, brands, products, property, and assets.
  • Spearhead personal security awareness initiatives, including training programs in security induction, crisis management, hostile environment training, etc.
  • Select, appoint, train, and guide part-time Security Champions for each Nestlé facility in the Market.
  • Develop and ensure that the Market has updated security contingency plans in place (e.g., local evacuation plan, product contamination, kidnap for ransom, military/civil unrest, etc.).
  • Notify key stakeholders and the Group Security Centre of any security, political, environmental, or social developments impacting the Group Travel Directives.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of security for foreign delegations in Pakistan, including managing public relations, protocol, stay, security, and coordinating with government and intelligence/security agencies for necessary permissions.

Requirements:

  • Prior corporate security experience with public or private sector, including liaison with leadership cadres for managing security operations across sites.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and proven management skills, able to mentor and motivate others inclusively.
  • Ability to convey performance expectations, handle problems, and guide the exchange of sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with food business operations, including manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, sales, finance, legal, safety, and security.
