Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Network Support Specialist to provide technical service and support to our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.

About the Role:

">
  • Configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.
  • Interact with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers, and other groups within the organization.
  • Work collaboratively in an international environment, both with colleagues internally and with customers and suppliers.
  • Take on big responsibility and work independently.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and handle software update management.

Your Responsibilities:

">
  • Handle customer issues as dedicated support, 24x7 based on roster.
  • Lead and resolve technical issues and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Manage knowledge and drive CSR review meetings with SDM.
  • Have a broad knowledge of telecom and datacom, covering hardware, software, and network knowledge.
  • Collaborate with teams in sales, R&D, and 3rd party suppliers.

Requirements:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in CS Core domains.
  • Hands-on experience of CS Core domains: CSCF, MTAS, SBG/BGF, MSC-S, M-MGW, STP/IP-STP, UDM domain CUDB, HSS-FE, HLR-FE, EIR-FE.
  • Understanding of mobile call flows and protocols.
  • Troubleshooting of IMS/VoLTE call flows, SRVCC, and CS Fallback procedure.
  • Knowledge of Cloud/Virtualization concepts and VNF/CNF Management.
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Presentation and delivering results skills.
