Nursing Team Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to take on the role of Nursing Team Leader in our labor room.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the nursing team in the labor room.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to support continuous quality improvement.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.
- Recruit, train, and develop new staff members to meet the needs of the labor room.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure excellence in patient care.
- BSN/General Nursing Diploma with Specialty or higher relevant education and valid PNC.
- Must have experience in labor room.
