Job Overview

Soonest Express (S) Pte Ltd is a dynamic logistics company seeking an Auditing and Accounting Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing and maintaining a full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and filing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting operations, including data input, payment/remittance, and arranging invoices for shipments.
  • Handle month-end closing, reconcile inter-company transactions, and prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties, including auditors, tax agents, and government sectors.
  • Prepare and submit GST returns quarterly and support expenses claims as needed.
  • Maintain good filing for HR/Admin documents and assist in Admin, HR, or other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/Banking or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field; freight forwarding experience is an added advantage.
  • Good attitude, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Able to take responsibility and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Well-organized and able to multitask to support the department daily.
