Key Responsibilities:

  • Learner Progression: Monitor and support learner progress, identifying strengths and weaknesses to inform instruction and foster goal achievement.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with colleagues and supervisors through effective communication, participating in professional development activities to stay current on best practices.
  • Assessment and Reporting: Conduct placements, level-checks, tests, and write reports as assigned by the Local Manager of Instruction, providing valuable insights into learner growth and progress.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Hold a college degree or equivalent background and possess native fluency in English.
  • Visa Status and Travel Requirements: Possess appropriate visa status and be willing to travel as required.
  • Teamwork and Professionalism: Demonstrate a collaborative attitude towards other Berlitz employees and adhere to company codes of conduct.
