Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day execution of brand plans, ensuring operational excellence across campaigns and launches.
  • Manage innovation projects from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of brand initiatives by driving OTIF (On Time In Full) execution across all workstreams.
Agency & Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Serve as the key point of contact for creative, media, research, and digital agencies.
  • Liaise with global teams (where relevant), regional suppliers, and local distribution partners to ensure alignment on timelines and expectations.
Innovation & Market Execution:
  • Support the development and launch of new SKUs and formats, including packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Translate consumer and market insights into compelling brand experiences.
  • Track and report innovation performance against KPIs and business case targets.
Communication & Campaign Development:
  • Assist in crafting compelling ATL & BTL campaigns aligned with the brand strategy.
  • Partner with the media and digital teams to develop high-impact, platform-relevant content.
Analytical & Business Reporting:
  • Analyze brand performance using internal data and market research tools (e.g., Nielsen, Brand Health Trackers).
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and ROI tracking for brand activities.
What We're Looking ForProfessional Experience:
  • 3–4 years of hands-on brand management experience, preferably in a leading FMCG environment.
  • Proven track record of working on brand launches, campaigns, or innovation rollouts.
  • Experience in cross-functional team management and project ownership.
