Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming Figma designs into fast, responsive front-end applications using React or Next.js with Tailwind CSS, and building scalable backend services using Node.js/Next.js.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform Figma designs into fast, responsive front-end applications using React or Next.js with Tailwind CSS
  • Build scalable backend services using Node.js/Next.js
  • Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to deliver clean, efficient, and well-documented solutions
  • Debug and optimize code as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in React or Next.js and Tailwind CSS
  • Experience in Node.js or Next.js for backend development
  • Solid understanding of full-stack development and version control (GitHub)
  • Experience coding with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor)
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
  • Excellent communication and a proactive, remote work ethic
  • No degree required - we value skill and GitHub contributions over formal education
