Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing principles and practices, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a marketing strategy that drives business growth and increases brand awareness.
  2. Coordinate Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales teams to maximize results and increase brand visibility.
  3. Brand Management: Oversee overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
  4. Marketing Materials: Develop and publish marketing materials in line with marketing plans, including online and print campaigns.
  5. Promotional Campaigns: Design and implement promotional campaigns to drive lead generation and sales.
  6. Results Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications, measuring results and making data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns.

Requirements:

  1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
  2. Certifications: Chartered Institute of Marketing certification is an asset.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical and project management skills, confident and dynamic personality, strong creative outlook, ability to work under pressure.
