Job Title:

Experienced Accountant for UK Clients

About the Role:

As an accountant with our company, you will play a key role in helping us achieve success by providing expert accounting services to our clients in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage bookkeeping queries and provide clear communication.
  • Prepare and finalize VAT returns accurately.
  • Compile draft year-end financial accounts and ensure they are thorough and complete.
  • Utilize Xero for Management Accounts and ensure accurate reconciliations.
  • Reconcile Debtors and Creditors regularly.
  • Post adjusting journals for accurate general ledger balances.
  • Record notes to accounts following client formats.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
  • ACCA Part-Qualification or higher.
  • Strong time management and punctuality skills.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Solid accounting fundamentals knowledge.
  • Xero certification is essential; QuickBooks familiarity is a plus.
