Job Title: Mobile Application Developer and Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer and Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading software projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform project scoping, feasibility studies, requirement gathering, planning, system analysis & design, costing, control, monitoring, reporting, quality & people management.
  2. Ensure software quality in terms of functionalities, reliability, performance, security, and ease of maintenance.
  3. Lead, mentor, and monitor technical teams to perform software development, implementation, and support.
  4. Work with a team of developers to improve product digital experience and maintain, expand, and scale products.
  5. Design, program, debug, and test Android/iOS apps.
  6. Implement new product features according to specification and requirements.
  7. Write well-designed, testable, efficient code using software development practices.
  8. Periodically perform code reviews.
  9. Diagnose issues and perform bug fixes.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. At least 5 years working experience on Mobile Application Development and 3 years hands-on IT project management experience.
