As a seasoned digital marketing expert, we are seeking a highly skilled SEO specialist to lead our property-related website optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive website audits and keyword research to inform strategic SEO decisions
  2. Develop and implement on-page optimization strategies, including meta tags, content, and internal linking best practices
  3. Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content tailored to the UK property market and related sectors
  4. Manage off-page SEO campaigns, including link building and local SEO initiatives
  5. Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to drive data-informed decision making

To succeed in this role, you should have 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on the property or real estate sector. A proven track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic is essential.

Requirements:
  1. Strong knowledge of technical SEO principles, on-page optimization strategies, and link building techniques
  2. Familiarity with industry-leading SEO tools, such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms
  3. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to inform business strategy
