EHS Supervisor

The role of an EHS Supervisor is crucial in ensuring safe operations at various projects. This position requires a strong background in environmental health and safety principles, regulations, and standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with site personnel, management, and regulatory bodies. They will be responsible for conducting regular site visits, identifying potential hazards, and implementing control measures to prevent accidents and injuries.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings while maintaining a commitment to environmental responsibility.

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Identify and report potential hazards and near misses to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and implement effective control measures to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
• Collaborate with site personnel to provide training and support on EHS procedures and protocols.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a similar discipline).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of local and international EHS regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
