As a skilled Project Associate, you will work closely with our senior management team to deliver high-quality proposals, feasibility studies, and comprehensive reports. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting our consultancy assignments related to industrial development, SME growth, investment mobilization, and economic sector analysis.

**Key Accountabilities:**
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Prepare detailed and persuasive project proposals, feasibility studies, and business plans that meet client requirements.
  • Analyze financial data, economic indicators, and policy documents relevant to business proposals to provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Master's degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MS Economics, MS Development Studies).

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in proposal writing, feasibility studies, market research, or related consulting roles.
  • Proven track record in independently preparing business proposals, analytical reports, and feasibility analyses.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of economic development initiatives, SMEs development, and public/private sector projects would be advantageous.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently conceptualize, draft, and finalize detailed documents with minimal supervision.
