Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging short-form content about motorcycles for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.

We are looking for a passionate individual with a deep love for bikes and strong mobile video production skills to connect with our audience through creative and impactful visuals.

  • Produce short-form videos (e.g., TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos centered around the bike community.
  • Create informative and visually appealing content that resonates with both bike enthusiasts and the general audience.
  • Develop content that showcases various bike models, reviews, maintenance tips, modifications, riding experiences, and events.
  • Ensure content is aligned with modern trends and follows the latest social media viral patterns to maximize engagement and reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on the latest bike industry trends, new bike models, upcoming events, and viral content styles.
  • Research trending challenges, memes, and viral formats on social media platforms, and creatively incorporate them into bike-related content.
  • Analyze social media trends and identify strategies to improve engagement, drive views, and stay relevant in a competitive content space.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Passion for Bikes: Deep-rooted interest in bikes and a solid understanding of bike mechanics, models, brands, and riding culture.
  • Proven Content Creation Skills: Experience in producing short-form and long-form videos. A portfolio or samples of previous work (preferably bike-related content) is essential.
  • Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other video-first platforms. Knowledge of algorithms, hashtags, and strategies to optimize views and engagement.
  • Strong Video Editing Skills: Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) to deliver polished and dynamic videos.
  • Trend Awareness: A keen eye for trending content across social media platforms. Ability to adapt content quickly to capitalize on viral moments or challenges.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and create fresh, engaging, and exciting content that stands out in the crowded world of social media.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for scripting video content and interacting with online communities.
  • Time Management: Ability to deliver consistent content under deadlines while maintaining creativity and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Bike Content Creation: Previous experience in creating bike-focused content or working in the automotive space is highly desirable.
  • Social Media Analytics: Understanding of how to analyze social media metrics and adjust content for maximum impact.
