IT Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of IT Manager.

About the Job:

This position involves developing and implementing strategic plans for IT operations, ensuring business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with business objectives and goals
  • Manage IT resources effectively to optimize productivity and performance
  • Design and document IT standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Oversee the maintenance and improvement of infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
  • Ensure data integrity by providing SQL queries and other tools

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • RDBMS & SQL skills (Language)
  • Networking & Internet Technology knowledge
  • Windows server experience (AS/400 experience a plus)
  • Production control systems experience and knowledge
  • Disaster recovery knowledge a plus
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal & written communication skills
  • Staff development and harmonious working relationships
