Job Description

This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker who can lead the development of innovative content across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with designers, editors, writers, and social teams to deliver high-quality creative output that resonates with a global youth audience.

The Assistant Manager Creative will oversee day-to-day creative operations, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns and content across multiple digital platforms. This includes managing and coordinating a cross-functional team of graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guiding the creative direction of the team to deliver impactful, high-quality content.
  • Supporting the development and execution of creative strategies that align with overall brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Overseeing and reviewing the creation, editing, and delivery of visual and written content across multiple digital platforms.
