Data Architect Role

The Data Architect is a key member of our team, responsible for designing and implementing robust data architectures that support our business objectives. This includes developing and maintaining data models, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories, as well as defining and enforcing data standards, policies, and procedures.

Our ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience building and scaling data platforms, data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing. They will also have strong experience with cloud data technologies, including Snowflake, AWS Data Services, Python Scripting, Apache Airflow, and Databricks.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with data and deriving insights to answer business questions that drive actions and decision-making. The successful candidate will be able to design ETL/ELT processes for data integration from various sources, build software across our data platform, and optimize data storage and retrieval for efficient data access.

This role involves close collaboration with research, engineering, product management, and other developers to design, build, and deploy data warehouse solutions and reporting tools that meet the growing analytical needs of our organization.
