City Business Icons, a well-established company in Pakistan's real estate sector, is seeking a skilled Sales Executive-Commercial Project candidate to sell residential and commercial ongoing projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and present sales products effectively to clients.
  2. Maintain and develop a strong client base while handling existing clients efficiently.
  3. Meet or exceed monthly or annual sales targets.
  4. Candidates with good potential and knowledge of Real Estate will be given opportunities; a basic salary and incentives or other benefits will be provided.
Job Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing tactics is essential.
  • Familiarity with commercial projects such as Kohistan Enclave, Faisal Hills, New City Phase 2, and other nearby societies.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with clients.
  • Understanding of the sales process.
  • Strong selling skills are necessary.
  • Ability to meet clients, attend conferences, and research new markets as needed.
