**Business Development Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our Business Development Vertical. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional looking to take on new challenges and drive business growth.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • IDentify and pursue new sales opportunities through existing relationships, networking, and social media.
  • LEAD the Business Development Vertical by proposing a strategy, managing resources, budget, impact, and focusing on results and revenue for the vertical.
  • BUILD strong relationships with potential clients and understand their needs and concerns.
  • DELiver high-quality presentations to stakeholders on our products and services.
  • NEGOTIate and close deals, while also handling customer complaints or objections.
  • COLLABORATE with internal teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • GAIN insights from customers or prospects to inform our sales strategies and improve our services.
  • ENHANCE our services to meet customer health care requirements and bridge gaps in our offerings.
  • MANAGE and coordinate ongoing marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  • WORK closely with operations & accounts teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • PROVIDE regular sales and financial reports to inform our business decisions.
  • CONDUCT market research to stay ahead of the competition and drive business growth.
  • MAINTAIN accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
